Amul
Amul leads the commercial division within Tekhoi and has worked as a realtor in Spain for 6 years and grew sales successfully, by taking listings online by setting up various real estate websites with CRM and SEO, for property developers and agencies . Amul also networked through local radio, TV, overseas exhibitions and open house. He’s a down to earth guy, he not an expert in real estate, as he says, it continually evolves. In the UK, over the past few years Amul has been Snr EMEA business development manager, for a few International property portals. His experience has given him, greater in depth knowledge, of International real estate market and up to date on IT advances, within the industry.
Amul has a triple joint honours Bsc in business, marketing and biomedical science, from the University of Wolverhampton UK. He is trilingual speaking English, Gujarati and also fluent in Spanish from his days studying at the University of Salamanca Spain.
Nick
Nick leads the technology division within Tekhoi after spending 14 years as a senior technology manager with various leading online businesses. Prior to Tekhoi.com, Nick was Chief Technology Officer for HotProperty.co.uk, building innovative solutions for the UKs 6th largest property portal.
