Ian Parry co founder of globrix and globrix.ie, some of the leading property portals in the UK and Ireland has announced the launch of Artirix a site that will contain the three major verticals.

Artirix will provide hosting, state of the art vertical / classified search solutions ,in such verticals as cars, jobs and property. Based in London, UK Artirix works with partners globally. Key customers will include globrix.com, globrix.ie which it currently powers and a number of search facilities on some of the UK's leading estate agent websites - hamptons international .Globrix is part of Associated Northcliffe Digital [AND] which recently bought 50 % holdings in globrix and also acquired dothomes from byteplay, AND also owns other leading UK property sites primelocation and findaproperty.com. It is not clear wether the latter property sites will also be powered by artirix as globrix runs independently from AND. Though cars portal Motors.co.uk will most probably, be added to the artirix database, along with leading jobs portal jobsite which are also in the highly diversified AND portfolio.

Other notable vertical sites include trovit.com and mirula.com that already work on similiar strategies.

Trovit based in Spain Barcelona founded by Iñaki Ecenarro, Raúl Puente, Daniel Giménez,Enrique Domínguez .It is a vertical search engine for classifieds in jobs, cars and real estate. It is the fifth property website in Spain (comScore, November 8[1]), as well as a winner in the 2008 Red Herring and in the 2008 Eurecan. It's present in europe and Latin American countries , most recently entering India and Canada.
The Trovit name is derived from the Esperanto word for the verb "to find".Trovit aggregates all relevant property, motor and job classified ads. Search results can be refined by applying filters that are specific to each vertical.In the Homes vertical, Trovit is integrated with Google Maps to geolocate properties.Users have the option to set up e-mail alerts or RSS feeds to be notified about new ads

Trovit recently launched an iPhone application that allows Trovit users to search for flats or houses from their smartphone. Mitula reorganizes them and distributes them intelligently to show them in record search time. The ads are ordered by date of posting. All summarized ads in Mitula are redirected to the original post website so that you may have access to the all the informatio. Mitula does not compete with Classified Ad websites, but channels traffic to them. Their goal is to generate more and better traffic for these websites, segmenting it by country and sector. Classified adverts can be posted using XML feeds on Mitula - exclusively serving portals.
